For more than twenty years, I have worked in private practice and clinical settings in Seattle, San Francisco, New York City, and now Bordeaux, France.
My training is grounded in psychodynamic psychotherapy, family systems theory, trauma recovery, and personality dynamics.
As a French-American clinician and dual citizen, I understand the experience of living between cultures, and the psychological complexity that can accompany relocation, identity transitions, and international life.
My work is also informed by personal and professional experience with narcissistic abuse recovery, family systems dysfunction, and the long-term impact of coercive relational dynamics. This means I understand these experiences not only clinically, but on a human level.
